Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate Call Centre professionals. As an Associate Call Centre, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and have the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not required as full training will be provided.
