Job Description
Position Summary: This role involves formulating, communicating, and implementing strategies along with monitoring their effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Annual strategy cycle management
- Conducting strategy workshops
- Stakeholder alignment
- Formulating strategy papers and presentations
- Guiding stakeholders in individual strategy formulation
Knowledge and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
- Experience: 3 to 5 years (Relevant experience preferred)
- Skills: Banking/ Telecom/ Fintech knowledge, analytical skills, strategic thinking, business document writing, MS Office proficiency
