Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Zane in Site Area Karachi. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering online support, resolving order-related queries.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Support skills (Preferred no necessary)
- Fluency in English is very important
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
