Job Description
- Liaison with relevant public and private sector stakeholders for capacity building initiatives.
- Assist the Manager in creating project strategies and plans, including change management planning, stakeholder assessments, communication strategies, change readiness, and end-user training programs.
- Execute well-organized and impactful onsite change management training sessions across Pakistan.
- Facilitate and moderate change management sessions with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Manager of Change Management.
- Identify and generate leads to enhance the reach and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Assist in preparing detailed work plans and calendars, coordinating inclusive activities to ensure broad participation.
- Create and maintain user manuals for implemented modules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of education, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communication or stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in change management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile methodology.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Public sector experience is an advantage.
