We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical positions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team leads to understand technical requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for fit.
