Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in invoicing functions: document management, receipt, and acceptance of invoices
- Ensure accuracy of amounts paid and correctness of invoice information
- Monitor all vendor payment agreements
- Submit all received invoices to the Accounts Payable team
- Act as the point of contact with vendors
- Provide input to streamline processes and suggest cost-saving options
- Handle office admin document filing and updating for financial reports
