Job Description
Responsibilities
A. Social Media Management
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Identify target audience segments, tailor content, and campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in the financial technology sector.
Social Media Content Creation, Distribution, and Management:
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Write copy for social media assets and video scripts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for brand alignment.
Community Engagement:
- Manage communication and respond to audience interactions promptly.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate marketing collateral and external teams for events.
B. Technical Content Writing for Marketing & Branding Collateral
- Write content for various marketing materials and digital platforms effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong written communication skills, understanding of social media platforms, and proficiency with Canva.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
