Job Description
- Assists Manager by assigning work to maintenance employees.
- Performs technical and non-technical tasks, upgrading skills as needed.
- Inspects work for accuracy, determines materials, equipment, and parts.
- Initiates purchase requisitions and keeps routine records using Microsoft Office.
- Keeps the Manager Maintenance informed of all issues.
- Coordinates maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
- Operates and maintains heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Conducts general repairs and assists in facility renovations.
- Attends and completes all assigned training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
