Job Description

Location: Islamabad
Description: WorkStaff360 is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team for our Auto Parts business serving Canada and USA. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, experienced in handling customers from Canada and the USA, and preferably have knowledge of auto parts.
Location: Silk Center, Rawalpindi (In-office and Remote options available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding auto parts and orders.
- Provide excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in dealing with Canadian and USA customers.
- Familiarity with auto parts is a plus.
- Comfortable handling customer phone calls.
- Available for the 6 PM to 2 AM shift (Pakistan Time).
