Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of a global client, is seeking a skilled Collection Specialist/Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily collections operations for B2B invoices, including sending emails to customers with overdue payments
- Follow up on previous collection emails and escalate when necessary
- Handle customer queries regarding renewal invoices via email or phone
- Coordinate with billing team for invoice-related inquiries
Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues independently
- Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adaptability to changing business processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Comfortable with evening/night shift in EST time zone
