Job Description
Haqooq-e-Insaniyat Social Welfare Organization (HISWO) established in 2011 and registered with Government of Sindh, Pakistan. HISWO is a Non-profit and Non-governmental Humanitarian and Development Organization Working in the Underprivileged areas of Sindh. HISWO is certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), Alhamd Shariah, Sindh Charity Commission and Tax Exempted.
Position: Finance Officer – Part Time
Based in head office Karachi
Education: Master in Finance / M.com / B.com
Experience: 03 years’ experience in leading NGO’s / private sectors
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare Journal Ledger and Bookkeeping.
- Prepare all the financial statements and salary process.
- Internal & external Audit.
- Withholding tax rates on Salary, Supplies, Services & Office rent.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure effective financial management of projects and grants.
- Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide financial insights.
