Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling administrative tasks, procurement strategies, vendor management, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize company documents.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate staff travel.
- Communication: Serve as a contact point for internal and external communications.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events and meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Administrative and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
