Job Description
– Manage fluctuations in health and life insurance, including policy renewals and maintaining close coordination with insurance providing firms.
– Conduct market compensation surveys to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring competitive positioning in the industry.
– Provide support in the development of commission and incentive models to align with business objectives and drive performance.
– Manage and design organizational structures and organograms.
– Demonstrate proficiency with HR systems, such as HRIS, to streamline and enhance HR processes.
Education: BBA/ MBA in HR
Experience: 2 Years majorly in handling group life & health insurance
Location: Karachi – Korangi Industrial Area
