Job Description
Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Aleem IHRSOLS, a key player in the retail/FMCG industry, as an Officer Warehouse Operations. Based in Islamabad, you will manage warehouse operations for various product categories. Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP experience, FMCG warehousing background, and preferably a Masters degree.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Category Management: Oversee food, groceries, confectionaries, and more.
- Inventory Control: Ensure product quality, safety compliance, and efficient distribution.
- Collaboration: Coordinate deliveries, maintain optimal inventory, and facilitate communication.
- SAP Expertise: Streamline processes, track inventory, and enhance systems.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce procedures, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance.
- Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relationships and goods receipt.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Experience: FMCG warehouse operations experience, especially in food and electronics.
- Skills: SAP proficiency, organizational, leadership, communication.
- Adaptability: Detail-oriented, quality-focused, thrives in a dynamic environment.
