Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Manager Projects (Civil) to oversee and manage civil engineering projects. The candidate will have 8-10 years of industry experience, ensuring high-quality project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare reports and documentation regarding project status and progress.
- Address project challenges and provide solutions to keep the projects on track.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in construction. (Preferably Industrial Projects)
- Project management experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
