Manage SLA (Vendor and Customers), OLA to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure compliance with security and governance baselines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL – B.E in Electrical Engineering or MS in Computer Science, Certifications: PMP, CDCS, CTDC, 10+ years experience with excellent communication skills, Technical competencies: Performance Optimization, Change Management, Vendor Management, Project Management
