Job Description
Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition industry, is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to join their Client team. As the company is dedicated to providing exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients worldwide, the Safety & Compliance Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving safety protocols and compliance standards throughout the organization. This includes developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and providing training on health and safety practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety and compliance coordination, preferably in the oil and energy industry
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with auditing processes and incident investigation techniques
- Professional certifications in safety and compliance (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
- Safety, health, and environment (HSE) experience on large projects
- Capable of preparing HSE plan for grassroots projects
- Capable of leading the site risk assessment study and generating the Process Safety Management Program for the project
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
