Job Description

• Develop and execute performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ad, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and relevant Platforms.
• Create and manage ad creatives, copywriting, and landing pages to ensure complete and consistent messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor budgets, bids and performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as CPC, STR, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
• Continuously A/B test ad elements and landing page variations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify and understand the target audience, their preferences, and behaviors.
• Develop audience segments and employ personalized marketing strategies to engage with potential customers effectively.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the creative team, product team, and data analytics team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing insights for management and stakeholders.
