Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved.
- Implement company policies, sales collection, and market presence targets.
- Achieve daily product targets.
- Disseminate sales policies to dealers.
- Authorize return goods as per policy.
- Execute dealer incentive schemes, build relations, and conduct market visits.
- Implement target restructuring and Sales comparisons.
- Conduct sales team meetings, analyze reports, and gather data.
- Review and approve documents in coordination with the accountant.
- Liaison with warehouse staff for smooth deliveries.
- Provide feedback on field activities to the head of sales.
- Coordinate sales activities with various functions.
- Appoint Distributors in unrepresented areas.
- Handle business development through the dealer network.
- Define growth strategy and maintain relationships with dealers.
- Monitor territory performance effectively.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing/Sales
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
