Job Description
The role of Territory Manager (TM) in Shell Mobility is a dynamic and impactful position, overseeing a territory of 30 service stations managed by independent retailers. Responsibilities include driving business performance in fuel, lubricants, and convenience retail, with a yearly turnover of ~$5 million. Key tasks involve maximizing profits, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize profit and value for Shell, meeting territory business targets
- Boost volumes and margins for premium fuels and lubricants
- Increase revenue from Convenience Retail (Shell Select)
- Maintain high safety and customer satisfaction ratings
