Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various human resources functions, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of the organization’s workforce.
- Starting pay range: PKR 40,00 – 50,00.
- Benefits: paid leaves, Provident Fund, and employee training.
- Skills required: computer literacy, MS Office, G-Suites/Gmail, communication skills, decision-making, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in USA time.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing management.
- Employee Relations handling.
- Performance Management and reward programs.
- HR Administration and compliance.
- Payroll and Attendance Management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws, communication skills, confidentiality.
