Job Description
As the HR Executive at Nexia Tech, you will be at the forefront of our talent management strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and selection process for acquiring top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations professionally, resolving conflicts.
- Collaborate on employee training, performance management, and career development programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits programs, and payroll administration.
Shift: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM | Salary: Market Competitive as per Experience | Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5, Near Sir Syed University
