Job Description
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Working Hours: 6 PM to 2 AM (PST)
Salary: 80,00 PKR to 90,00 PKR
Days: Monday-Friday
Experience: 2 years+ in the same field
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Freight Handler to manage logistics operations focusing on Ocean, Land, and Air Freight. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Ocean, Land, and Air Freight operations.
- Obtain quotes for various services and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Resolve operational conflicts and communicate effectively with authorities.
- Coordinate with carriers for efficient logistics.
- Support senior management and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Freight operations and English communication.
- Strong decision-making and customer service skills.
Reporting to: Director, Karachi Office
