Job Description
The person will be responsible for effectively implementing and executing recruitment strategy to identify and recruit best suited candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels.
- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Managing hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.
- Developing hiring strategies in line with industry trends.
Applicants must possess Good English communication skills, 0-1 year of experience, and Graduation is mandatory. Candidates with Sales & Marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
