Job Description
This position is meant to assist as well as supervise activities that relate to the improvement of clinical and service quality within the hospital. Responsibilities include working with the Medical & Nursing staff, assisting the Head of Department/Manager of QIPS in JCIA related quality initiatives, and interacting with Physicians/Managers and other staff for quality-related initiatives. The Deputy Manager will facilitate establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and other assigned departmental responsibilities.

- Patients Complaints, Concerns & Issues
