Job Description
Ensure effectiveness of company’s sales policies
To maintain and improve dealer relationships, solve issues, and monitor performance
Achieve daily product targets through sales training and successful selling
Develop dealer product knowledge and drive overall sales and collection targets
Provide feedback, monitor competitors, and ensure logistics coordination
Optimize company properties and resolve after-sales service matters
Track territory performance, enforce values, and manage orders and payments
Skills required: Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years sales experience, strong work ethic, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
Ability to travel for business purposes
