Job Description
Job Summary
Supervise all raw & packaging materials receiving & storage activities. Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, EHS. Principal Duties:
- Supervise materials receiving, storage & handling.
- Check received quantity & affix checklist & quarantine labels.
- Paste hazardous labels on containers.
- Coordinate materials loans & returns.
- Prepare GRNs, MRRs daily.
- Post MRRs, follow up physical transfer of raw materials.
- Follow up with purchase/imports/planning for raw & packaging materials.
- Maintain logbook, temperature record, vigilance over expiry items.
- Maintain good housekeeping, G.M.P., safety.
- Review stock position, inform any short fall/excesses.
- Check & standardize weighing scales, maintain record.
- Support cycle count of materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B. Pharmacy / Pharm D
- Experience 4-5 years
