Job Description
Xclusive Trading Inc. is seeking a dynamic HR Manager/Head for its back office “Robust Support & Solutions.” Join our US-based Telecommunication company with 300+ retail stores and headquarters in Houston.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Managing employee relations and recruitment
- Ensure a positive work environment and drive high performance
- Implement training programs and provide decision support to management
Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6
Night Shift: 8PM to 5AM shift, Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 8-10 years HR experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software applications and knowledge of employment laws
