Key Responsibilities:
- Support Category Manager in strategy development.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition.
- Collaborate for optimal category performance.
- Assist in product assortment selection and promotions.
- Analyze metrics and provide recommendations.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and inventory management.
- Coordinate with buyers for stock levels.
- Facilitate communication with suppliers for inventory needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience in retail or category management preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
