We are seeking a highly skilled Sr NPI Manager to join our team in the APMEA West NC region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, driving innovation, and ensuring timely market launches.
Responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end NPI process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines and budgets. The Sr NPI Manager will also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in NPI, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
