Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trainee Data Analyst to support our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing project data to provide insights that improve decision-making and project outcomes. You will work closely with senior team members to develop skills in data analytics, reporting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and maintain project data from various sources.
- Assist in creating and updating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with PMO team members to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Support the team in documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for learning and growing in a data-focused role.
