Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to engage with clients, understand their business challenges, and deliver AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI use cases. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI models, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on the latest AI advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions, focusing on Generative AI use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including large language models (LLMs), computer vision, or other data science-based solutions.
• Train machine learning models from scratch and fine-tune pre-trained models for tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions that align with clients’ business goals.
• Write comprehensive proposals outlining AI strategies, technical approaches, and deployment methodologies.
• Stay informed about the latest AI, machine learning, and Generative AI trends and advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
• Proven experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in designing, training, and fine-tuning AI models, including Generative AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design AI solutions from scratch, including model training.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate AI concepts and proposals to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in writing detailed technical proposals and presenting AI strategies.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipeline development is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), NLP, Generative AI, or computer vision.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
