Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and implement GRC policies aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 200, and NIST.
- Ensure effective communication of policies to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular GRC training and awareness programs.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks in information security and service management.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on risk status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to policies and controls.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in GRC processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ISO 200 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with 5 years in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
