- Ensure media availability for wireline and wireless services.
- Manage Corporate Service Requests efficiently.
- Offer technical support to corporate customers via phone/email.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
