Job Description
The Supply Assistant will mainly be responsible for key day-to-day activities to support the team in the growth, performance, and quality of the supply.
What you’ll do:
- Handle data collection, document searching, uploading, and transcription.
- Cater individual vehicles from across Pakistan.
- Ensure quality and maintain SLA to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketplace supply team.
- Manage day-to-day supply operations.
- Ensure reliability in all delivery verticals daily.
- Contribute to Careem’s data-driven environment with best practices.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar industry, 1 year preferred.
- Ability to work in a complex operational environment and with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Grit and willingness to address challenges hands-on.
- Effective troubleshooter and team player.
