Position: Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve cases of missing or incomplete mandatory reporting within corporate services.
- Investigate renewal cases, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance renewal rates.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams on renewal recovery cases.
- Serve as the main contact point for customers on renewal inquiries and negotiations.
- Analyze renewal data, track metrics, and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.com/BBA or related field.
- Prior experience in customer services, corporate services, or regulatory sector preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
