Location: Karachi, Pakistan

About the Role: JBS is hiring a Business Analyst – Operations to support ERP solution projects within its JBS Consulting unit. Based in Karachi, this role focuses on understanding business needs, optimizing ERP processes, and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, aligning them with ERP functionality.
- Analyze current processes, identifying areas for ERP-based improvements.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and KPIs.
- Train users on ERP functions and provide troubleshooting support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in business analysis, especially in ERP projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
