Job Description
The role holder oversees administrative tasks for Government Relations in GCC visas, immigration & Embassy Visa.
Visa Protector responsibilities.
Address employees’ visa queries and related processes.
Organize documentation for work visas.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Build relationships with GCC government departments.
Coordinate with Consulate & Ministry of Foreign Affairs for documentation.
Renew licenses & membership certificates.
Prepare & submit documents to Ministries independently.
Manage PRO Department.
Update client database & SOP establishment.
Skills:
Punctuality, hardworking & sincerity.
Adherence to policies & standards.
Team player with ability to work independently.
Time management skills under pressure.
Communication & verbal proficiency.
Knowledge of GCC government offices.
Proficiency in Labor & Immigration procedures.
Location: Johar Town
Time: 9am-6pm
Salary: up to 100K
