Job Description
- Drive on-ground operations for maximum performance and growth inhibition.
- Manage end-to-end customer and vendor journeys to ensure high-performance delivery, streamlined relationships, and high-standard delivery.
- Support continuous improvement in tech capabilities for smooth operations.
- Manage and improve data organization for zero-error delivery of information to stakeholders.
- Lead relationships with Network Hotels and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in operations, customer management, vendor management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
