Job Description
As a NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer at Paysys Labs, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our fintech systems. Responsibilities include proactively monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain fintech systems, networks, servers, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and application issues.
- Perform system health checks and generate reports.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in real-time.
- Provide input for system performance improvements and upgrades.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of NOC or IT Operations experience in fintech.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in system administration and virtualization.
