Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. Responsibilities include coordinating ongoing and upcoming software development projects, monitoring project plans, scheduling work hours, organizing stakeholder meetings, and ensuring timely project deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple assigned projects.
- Track project accomplishments.
- Create and maintain project engineering documentation.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
- Act as the main contact and communicate project status.
- Maintain project plans, sprints, schedules, and work hours on software.
- Establish cross-functional partnerships for project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE. Master’s in project management is a plus.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong work ethic and reliable with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in program management, team leadership, and project management methodologies/tools.
- Experience in software development or IT industry required.
