Job Description
1. Yearly Production Plan (Monthly Base) based on Yearly Sales Plan while considering Model Wise Capacity.
2. Conduct OPSI Meeting to create a plan for T-3 Month Sales Requirement and Parts Ordering based on Actual Stock.
3. Coordinate with Import, 3rd Sourcing, & Local Parts (PPC) for Parts Ordering as per OPSI (T-3 Month Base).
4. Follow up for Purchase Order Issuance & L/C Openings on time.
5. Monitor the entire process of CKD/3rd Source Parts and Custom Clearance to ensure timely arrival of parts at HNR.
6. Prepare Monthly Production Planning Data for Monthly Production Plan.
7. Conduct T-1 Month Base Production Planning Meeting in collaboration with Marketing, Production, Import/3rd Source.
8. Develop Daily and Monthly Production Plans to meet Sales Requirements and Production Capacity/Efficiency.
9. Ensure material availability on a T-1 basis for smooth production operations.
10. Coordinate with the Paint Department for painting as per the Production Plan.
11. Revise Production Plan when needed to address Sales Requirements or Material Availability issues.
12. Manage Parts Audit Arrangements, Parts Claims Handling, and Parts Replacement.
13. Ensure Material Environment and Line Management following 6S Activity.
- 14. Perform ISO Internal Audit.
