Job Description
Arkhitech is currently seeking Interns in HR/Admin to assist in recruitment and employee management. Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and maintaining HR records.
Key Duties:
- Creating job descriptions, posting ads, and shortlisting candidates.
- Managing recruitment processes and advising managers.
- Training managers on employee coaching and performance appraisals.
- Assisting employees with work-related concerns and career development.
- Handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Interest in Admin/Finance, HR, or IT sales planning.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
