Job Description
We are looking for skilled Desktop Support and IT Support professionals to join AUH Technologies on an hourly basis. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring our systems run smoothly. This role is ideal for those with strong technical expertise who can work independently and solve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Install, update, and configure applications and systems.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
- Document and maintain IT support processes and solutions.
