Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Managing Trainer’s database, training calendar, and repository of trainings.
- Marketing trainings through social media, emails, calls, etc.
- Coordinating training programs including budget, scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
- Supporting trainers in developing training materials and managing social media platforms.
- Maintaining CRM system for client information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
- Strong analytical and marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
