Job Description
- Understand job requirements (JD) completely
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting applicants for healthcare or any other roles
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process
- Analyze client’s requisitions and requirements, posting job details/ads on various forums, collecting relevant resumes from existing data bank as well as through new searches and negotiate with the shortlisted candidates
- Headhunt – identify and approach suitable candidates
- Format resumes
- Prepare recruiting log, new hire package draft with complete details with respect to vendor and client as well
