Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Drilling Supervisor & Rig Supervisor at Petcon Oil & Gas Services in Islamabad. The role involves overseeing drilling operations, ensuring completion of drilling projects, and utilizing supervisory skills to lead the drilling and rig teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 25+ Field Experience
- Supervisory Skills: Strong ability to lead and manage drilling and rig teams effectively
- Completion & Drilling Skills: Proficiency in drilling operations and project completion
- Drilling Engineering & Petroleum Engineering: Knowledge and experience in drilling and petroleum engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
