Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the printing production process at Bharosa Solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality production, and managing office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production process to maintain timely work.
- Ensure efficient production workflow.
- Manage office environment.
- Lead team to meet daily production targets.
- Handle basic HR responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA).
- Skills: Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR management and production.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, integrity, and politeness.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Compensation:
- Salary: PKR 35,00 with 10 yearly leaves.
