Job Description
This role will facilitate the administrative operations, including the Credit and debit notes from customers as per policies and procedures that optimize distribution processes and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Major responsibilities include processing Credit and debit notes, managing Distributor & Vendor agreements, preparing Ledger accounts, and coordinating with Distributors/Customers. Education requirement is a Bachelor preferably MBA, with 3-5 years’ experience in Pharma/FMCG sector. Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems is essential.
