Job Description
Location: DHA, phase 6, Lahore
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Representative in Lahore. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, support, service management, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the customer service/management department
- US/UK Campaign experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
